Juan Carlos Perez
Born in Mexico City and discovered on his seventh birthday that horses were his greatest passion. At that age he began his equestrian training, which he started as a hobby. At 15 years old equestrianism became his life when he took a sabbatical to train in Canada with the Olympic equestrian Jay Hayes.
In that period he competed in the Florida circuit for five consecutive seasons and subsequently moved to Europe, where he has lived for over seven years in different locations such as Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.
After more than 30 years of riding, he continues to seek new challenges everyday. Juan competes in international two and three-star circuits and trains with world-class instructors to continue developing his equestrian skills.
Throughout the years he has obtained numerous achievements both in his country of origin and abroad, such as: Champion of the International Children’s Team; the Land Rover Cup; the Xalapa 3-Star Mini Prix; National Champion for six years in Canada; and the Mercedes Benz 1.45 National Champion.
Apart from being an equestrian, he has trained students from beginners to Grand Prix riders for 20 years, always with great results and with an excellent reputation that precedes him.the
